MemPad is excellent.
PROS
-Free
-Fast
-Portable
-Can drag and drop files to the text area and they become links.
-Can tranfer easily to update other computers since it creates a very small .lst file.
-No full path which is spectacular since I don't have to worry about drive letters.
CONS
Just wish it had a feature to insert images.
